Join the Department of Food Science and Nutrition for this FDSN Seminar Series event featuring guest speaker Ravi Tadapaneni, who works in Product Development & Commercialization at Impossible Foods.

Tadapaneni, an alumnus of ÌÒ×ÓÊÓÆµAPP Institute of Technology and IFSH, will talk about his career journey starting from his time as a graduate student at ÌÒ×ÓÊÓÆµAPP and moving on to how he progressed in his career path while navigating through different fields of food science and technology. He will briefly share how working in the research projects at ÌÒ×ÓÊÓÆµAPP/IFSH was the catalyst for a series of educational and professional choices that eventually led him to a rewarding career opportunity at Impossible Foods. He will talk about his research work at ÌÒ×ÓÊÓÆµAPP Institute of Technology and Washington State University: nutrition-HPP and low moisture food safety and later he will cover the experience from industry.
